The Story of Sun Yat Sen , by Wong Lit KhiongSun Yat Sen, commonly known as “Father of China”, was a key figure in China History. He was born on 12 December 1866 at Cuiheng Village, Xiangshan County (now known as Zhongshan county) Guangdong Province. He died on 12 March 1925 at the age of 59.
Since he was young, Sun had been told about the ugly features of the Qing’s dynasty rulers. Seeds of revolution had been buried in his heart since then. He believed that a Revolution is the key to solve China’s social problems where the Corrupted officials and emperor should be overthrown.
All his life, Sun dedicated his efforts to render remarkable contributions towards the cause of revolution of the people in China.
